		<description>I wasn&#039;t actively engaged with the enemy today, so I made this dish. Only, I didn&#039;t have fresh tomatoes or basil or peasant grains...so I used couscous, canned tomatoes, and oregano with some freshly ground black pepper. It was mighty delicious, and when some errant pine nuts roamed through town, they got added to the stuffing before they knew what had happened to them. ka-pow!</description>
